Will WSFS close my account?
No. Your WSFS account will remain open and not be affected in any way. Scheduled transfers, account numbers, direct deposits and ACH transactions will remain the same.
Will my UD Card still work as a debit card?
The UD #1 with STAR Card will become inactive on May 12, 2010. However WSFS has issued all students who bank with us a WSFS Visa® debit card which will remain active and can be used anywhere VISA® is accepted.
Will my flex account be affected?
No. You will still be able to fund your Flex account as you do today or use the University of Delaware system.
Where is the closest WSFS branch?
Down the street from Trabant at College Square Shopping Center. College Square is open Mon-Thur 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. WSFS also has a location at University Plaza and coming soon a branch in Suburban Plaza located on Elkton Road.
How will I make my WSFS deposits?
Deposits can be made at any WSFS branch. Scheduled transfers can be set up or you may transfer through online banking at your leisure. Bill Pay and Direct Deposit will also be available.
Will there be WSFS ATM’s on or around campus?
Yes. There is an ATM in Smith Hall, a Main Street kiosk, inside Happy Harry’s and next door to Newark Deli & Bagel.
Will WSFS still offer Student Accounts?
Yes. The student accounts, existing and new, will continue to have no minimum balance, no monthly maintenance fees, free debit card and free online banking and bill pay.
How do I enroll in WSFS Online Banking & Bill Pay?
Stop by any branch and we can take care of it for you. Or you can enroll online. Let us walk you through the simple sign-up.
How do I change my WSFS ATM PIN?
Do it by phone at 1-877-260-2527 or stop by any WSFS branch. You’ll need to know your current PIN number in order to authenticate it and make a change. Totally forgot your PIN? Bring your UD#1 with STAR card to the nearest WSFS branch, and we’ll help you out.
