WSFS is committed to promoting an inclusive environment for Associates and Customers because the fundamental values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are aligned with the WSFS values: Service, Truth, and Respect. Together, we have accomplished essential milestones that assist with integrating DEI into the organizational culture. With an intentional journey ahead of us, we will continue to engage leadership to ensure that DEI is embedded into performance management, recruiting and company goals.

Guiding principles

WSFS’ DEI initiatives are tied to the organization’s goals and are driven by an executive-sponsored Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee (DISC).

Continuously evolving

We are establishing DEI scorecards and metrics related to Associate diversity and engagement, Customer experience and the Communities we serve.

Internship program

Reimagined internship program designed to prepare previously excluded groups with in-demand job skills and exposure to senior leadership.

BRIDGE Program

The BRIDGE program is dedicated to increasing resources, exposure and professional development for Associates to cultivate an equitable and inclusive culture where everyone feels heard, valued, safe and seen.
