Please call 888.973.7226 to speak to a WSFS Associate.
When are funds debited from my account to send a payment?
Funds are debited from your account on the day you schedule your payment, not on the due date of your bill.
What is the cutoff time for same-day processing?
You have until 8 pm Eastern Time to schedule bill payments for same-day processing.
Is there a fee for using Bill Pay?
No, there is no fee for this online service.
How long does it take for a payment to reach a payee?
For payments paid electronically, payments will reach your payee in 3 days. For payments made with a paper check, we recommend scheduling your payment at least 5 days prior to the due date.
What are eBills?
eBills are electronic versions of paper bills. An eBill arrives from a biller into your Bill Pay account service the same way a paper bill arrives from a biller into your mailbox. Bill Pay allows you to view all your eBills—as well as account balances, transactions and statement information—in one convenient place.
What is Bill Pay?
Bill Pay is an online and mobile service that allows you to pay your bills using WSFS Online and Mobile Banking. Pay bills safely and securely to individuals and businesses without the hassle of writing checks or remembering your user name or passwords at multiple biller sites.
How do I enroll in Bill Pay?
Once enrolled in WSFS Online Banking, select the Bill Pay icon on the top navigation bar. You can begin using Bill Pay immediately. You’ll want copies of your bills in order to set up your Bill Pay payees.
