Walter P Bereziak

Walter joined WSFS Mortgage in June 2023, bringing with him 40 Years of banking experience. Prior to joining WSFS, he served as a Mortgage Loan Consultant for Wells Fargo, a position that included originating residential purchase, construction and refinance mortgages through established realtor and builder contacts. Previously, Walter held positions as Vice President for Tidemark Federal Credit Union, Director of Mortgages for Meridian Bank, Regional Vice President for TRG/Title Resource Group, Mortgage Loan Officer for M & T Bank, and more.

Walter received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business from La Salle University as well as post-graduate courses in Business at Temple University and La Salle University.

Walter currently enjoys spending his spare time playing golf and competitive target shooting,
He resides in Millsboro, Delaware with his wife of over 30 Years, Lisa.
